Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, optional

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Tall glasses

Method

  1. Place the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and thick, about 30-45 seconds, scraping down the sides once if needed.
  3. If too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • No ice needed — frozen fruit does the chilling and thickening.
  • Best served immediately; texture separates as it sits.
  • Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months; thaw partially and re-blend with a splash of milk.
