Ingredients

  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 2 tablespoon brewed white or green tea, cooled
  • 1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling white grape juice or sparkling water, chilled

Equipment

  • 1 Pitcher
  • 1 champagne flute

Method

  1. Combine grape juice, cooled tea, and lemon juice in a pitcher, stir
  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Pour into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling component right before serving.

Notes

The tea adds a faint dryness that keeps this from tasting purely like sweet juice.
