- Pour the water into a glass.
- Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup if you'd like it sweeter.
- Drink on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, sipped slowly rather than gulped.
